What this calendar is about

TTD puts tickets for sevas, darshan and rooms online on a fixed monthly rhythm. Each quota opens on its own day and at its own time, and the month being released is about three months away.

Arjitha sevas are rituals that a pilgrim attends after paying a fee. Because the different quotas open on different days, it helps to know the usual order before you sit down to book.

A typical month, day by day

This pattern comes from press reports in 2026. Exact dates move, so treat it as a guide and not a promise.

Around the 18th-19th, 10 am: the Arjitha seva Electronic Dip opens. It covers Suprabhatam, Thomala, Archana and Ashtadala Pada Padmaradhana.

Around the 20th-21st, 10 am: the dip closes. Payment for those who are selected is open until noon on about the 22nd-23rd.

Around the 21st-22nd, 10 am: Kalyanotsavam, Unjal, Arjitha Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara open. Virtual seva slots follow at 3 pm.

Around the 23rd: Angapradakshinam tokens at 10 am, SRIVANI tickets at 11 am, and free tokens for senior citizens, differently abled and chronically ill devotees at 3 pm.

Around the 24th-25th: Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan at 10 am, and Tirumala and Tirupati rooms at 3 pm.

Examples from 2026 reports

For July 2026 the release days reported were April 18, 20, 21, 23 and 24. For December 2026 they were September 19, 21, 22, 23 and 24. For November 2026 the reports mention August 18, 21, 24 and 25. For January 2027 the Arjitha dip was reported to have opened on October 19.

Cost and who can book

Watching the release costs nothing. Prices differ for each seva and quota, so check the portal for the exact amount. The Rs 300 figure is the price of Special Entry Darshan, not of a seva.

You log in on the official portal. Limits on tickets per login apply, and your ID is checked on the day.

On the day and best time to plan

Report with your original ID and your ticket at the point named on the ticket. A traditional dress code applies to Arjitha sevas and Special Entry Darshan.

Set a reminder for the 18th of every month. Festival months such as Brahmotsavam and Vaikuntha Ekadasi can have special schedules. Special Entry Darshan, rooms and Electronic Dip sevas are reported to sell out within minutes to hours.

Where to check for announcements

Dates are announced on news.tirumala.org and on the portal. Newspapers such as Deccan Chronicle, UNI and Hans India usually report the schedule a few days earlier. Be careful of brokers: TTD itself warns against them, so book only on the official site.
