What it covers

TTD offers free, privileged darshan for physically challenged pilgrims, for pilgrims with chronic illnesses, and for parents of infants under one year. The first two are booked online in the monthly free special tokens release, while the infant entry needs no booking.

Who can avail

Physically challenged pilgrims need a government disability certificate and Aadhaar. One attendant is allowed, though one FAQ uses the word helpers loosely. The disability percentage was not found; one source says above 20 percent.

For chronic ailments, TTD's August 2025 schedule lists free special tokens for senior citizens, persons with disabilities and chronic illnesses. Which illnesses qualify, and what proof is needed, was not found.

For infants, the child must be under one year. Documents are both parents' Aadhaar and the infant's birth certificate (gotirupati) or a discharge summary (2023 report). Siblings under 12 are admitted free.

Booking for physically challenged and chronic ailments

Booking is online and free in the monthly release at 3 PM on about the 23rd, for three months ahead. Tokens for November 2025 were released on 23 August 2025, and for March 2026 on 23 December. Use the special quota section of the official TTD site, ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in, and upload your certificate.

Cancellation rules were not found.

Infant darshan

Parents of infants walk in at Supadam, with no booking and no charge. The entry runs 12-6 PM every day according to gotirupati, while a 2023 report gave 8:30-10:30 AM and 12-6 PM. Children under 5 have separate days, announced monthly, usually two a month.

On the day

Physically challenged pilgrims should report about 1 PM at the Supadham entrance or senior citizen complex for the 3 PM slot. An older chart also lists a 10 AM slot with reporting at 8 AM. Reporting about 30 minutes early is advised.

Facilities reported for seniors in 2022 include wheelchairs, seating and battery cars. Expect the visit to take roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour, which is an unverified estimate.

Darshan was cancelled from 11 to 20 October 2026 for Navaratri Brahmotsavam and on other festival days.
