1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation message from Go Tirupati Cabs via WhatsApp or SMS. Verbal agreements are not considered confirmed bookings. Please save your confirmation message as reference.

2. Pricing & Fare Structure

All fares are quoted per kilometre as listed on our Fleet page. Outstation trips have a minimum of 250 km per day. A driver allowance of ₹300 per day applies on all outstation journeys. Toll charges, state border taxes, and parking fees are charged at actuals and are the passenger's responsibility.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No charge
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup: ₹200 cancellation fee applies
• No-show (driver arrives and passenger is unreachable): Full trip fare charged

4. Payment Terms

Payment is collected at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and UPI payments. For advance bookings during peak festival seasons (Brahmotsavam, Vaikunta Ekadasi), a 50% advance may be required to confirm the booking.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time
• A waiting charge of ₹2 per minute applies after 15 minutes of scheduled pickup time
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip
• Consumption of alcohol or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited

6. Ghat Road & Tirumala Restrictions

Private vehicles are not permitted on the Tirumala ghat road during certain hours and festival periods as per TTD regulations. In such cases, passengers will be dropped at designated parking areas and can use TTD shuttle buses. We will always advise passengers of current restrictions at the time of booking.

7. Liability

Go Tirupati Cabs is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or TTD crowd management measures. We will make every effort to complete journeys on time and will communicate proactively if delays arise.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
